All registrations made for the Beacon-Third International Annual Conference and its associated workshops are final and binding. By completing the registration and payment process, participants agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including technical issues, institutional restrictions, natural disasters, or speaker unavailability):

All refund-related decisions will be final and binding as per this policy. No disputes will be entertained beyond the stated conditions.

Participants must maintain discipline and decorum and respect speakers, organizers, and fellow participants.
Strictly prohibited:
Organizers reserve the right to change event schedule, replace speakers, modify workshop structure, or change venue if required. No refunds will be provided for such changes.
All content (presentations, materials, recordings) belongs to organizers/speakers. Participants are not allowed to record sessions, share materials publicly, or reproduce content.
Certificates will be issued only to participants who complete registration and attend required sessions. No certificates for no-shows.
Organizers are not liable for personal injury or loss, theft of belongings, travel/accommodation losses, or technical issues during online sessions.
Organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic situations, riots, or any event beyond control.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.

We may collect: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, College/Organization, and Payment details (handled via secure third-party gateway).

Guide
Participants must complete the online registration form with accurate details: Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number, College / Organization Name, Category (Student / Professional), Selected Event (Conference / Workshop).
After submitting the form, participants will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking
After successful payment, a confirmation message will appear and an email confirmation will be sent within a few minutes.
Each participant will receive a unique Registration ID required for event entry, communication, and certificate issuance.
Event details (schedule, venue, timing) will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
Guidelines
Participants must provide correct and valid information. Wrong name/email means errors in certificate and despatching. Organizers are not responsible for incorrect data.
Registration is non-transferable by default. Transfer allowed only under defined policy conditions.
Participants may be asked to present: Employer/Professional ID / College ID / Aadhaar Card / Passport, Payment confirmation, Registration ID.
Participants must regularly check their Email and WhatsApp messages.
Entry allowed only with valid registration proof. Late entry may not be permitted depending on schedule.
To receive a certificate, participants must complete registration, attend required sessions, and follow event guidelines.
